The Business of Business

Buying a business is not for the faint hearted. Sometimes it’s easier than starting your own from scratch, but it also has pitfalls – many many pitfalls and dangers that you should be aware of before you commit to buying a bricks and mortar established business.

The best way to do this is to take a deeper dive into some of the areas that I have briefly mentioned in other posts so far. I was going to do a whole book on it, and I still may, but I’m going to start with this series and see how it is received first.

So there are lots of things to consider when buying a business, some are obvious, and some – not so much. I learned it all the hard way. Well not all. Some of it I knew – for sure – but invisible market forces really brought about my demise and these are some of the things I will touch on in this series as well.

If there is anything else you would like me to cover other than the topics listed below, let me know. The series will publish every Thursday AEST so subscribe if you don’t want to miss it or follow me on social media on Facebook and Instagram.
